is an Indian writer and satirist in Hindi language, known for his satirical novel Idhar Udhar Ke Beech Mein. His famous collection of satires Ek Tinaka Ikyavan Aankhen in which his one of the world most popular satire Kitabon Ki Antim Yatra is also included. Apart from this his satirical books Sabrang Mein Mere Rang, Gapodi Adda and Par Peeda Na Janai are also valuable contribution towards Hindi literature of satire.He was honored by the Government of Telangana in 2021 with Akademi Award, apart from this he received Sahitya Srijan Samman award honored by honorable prime minister of India in 2020. He is the first editor who edited Hindi Sahitya Ka Itihaas written by eminent Hindi scholar Acharya Ramachandra Shukla.
